Behavior Analysis

The advantage of in-home ABA therapy is that it allows for the treatment to focus on the family’s priorities within the child’s natural environment—whether that’s at home, Grandma’s house, in the car, at the store, or at the park. The child receives therapy in familiar, safe, and comfortable settings where family members can easily get involved. This approach also provides more opportunities for interaction with peers, siblings, and other family members. Additionally, the flexibility of a home-based setting is a significant benefit.

Center-Based ABA Therapy

ABA therapy in a center environment offers several benefits for children with ASD. Center-based services provide a structured, predictable, and comfortable learning space designed to minimize distractions, helping children focus on skill development. In this setting, children can observe, interact, and play with peers under the guidance of trained behavioral professionals.

Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder may struggle to apply skills across different environments. To address this, our center also provides services in various settings, including community environments. A community-based setting can be especially beneficial if a child needs to learn in a more natural, less controlled environment or if behaviors are most frequent in such settings.

Classroom-Based ABA Therapy

Classroom-based ABA therapy provides the child with supported opportunities to engage in the classroom schedule and instruction alongside their peers. This approach integrates therapy into the existing routines of the classroom, working in collaboration with teachers to enhance the child’s success. The focus is on developing skills necessary for navigating new material, interacting with classmates, waiting, and maintaining attention, among other essential abilities for thriving in a school setting.
